As consultants/trainers, we want the people around us to come away with improved skills, whether in the classroom or in the context of a development effort. As a support house, we'll stay with you and with the project after the development crunch is done. As developers, who know what that crunch is like. Our support mission strengthens everything we do.
Support Policies
We offer support contracts for those companies who require a prior commitment of time. Most of our clients choose to work with us on a pay-as-you-go basis. We offer support through an 800 number (800-782-1210), e-mail, remote dialup, and site visits. Zadek is large enough to guarantee that the 800 number will always be answered "live" during business hours, and small enough that you can easily get to someone who knows you and knows your application.
